The problem wasn't motivation. It was that the advice I was following wasn't built for my lifestyle. Six-day training splits. Two-hour meal preps twice a week. Diet plans that assumed I had zero social obligations and infinite willpower. None of it was realistic.
So I started figuring it out myself. What actually works when you're working 40+ hours a week, commuting, managing stress, and trying to maintain something resembling a social life? What does sustainable fitness actually look like for a busy professional?
