Who I Am

My name is Joseph. I'm a regular person with a full-time job, real-life responsibilities, and a genuine passion for fitness and nutrition. I'm not a professional bodybuilder. I don't spend four hours a day in the gym. I don't meal prep every Sunday with surgical precision.

What I do is figure out what actually works when you're short on time, high on stress, and trying to build a healthier life without burning the rest of it down in the process.

I've spent years learning, through trial and error, through research, through mistakes, what moves the needle for people like us. Built Busy is where I share all of it.

Built Busy is a fitness and nutrition blog and newsletter built specifically for busy professionals. Men and women. Single and with families. Beginners who have never touched a barbell and intermediates who want to optimize what they're already doing.

Why I Started This

Honestly? I got tired of fitness content that wasn't built for people like me.

The internet is full of advice from people who train for a living. Who have personal chefs. Who don't have back-to-back meetings, a pile of deadlines, and a commute eating an hour of their day. Most of that content, even when the advice itself is solid, doesn't account for the constraints the rest of us are working inside.

I started Built Busy because I wanted a resource I could trust - one that was honest about what's realistic, backed by science where it matters, and written by someone who's actually living this lifestyle, not just theorizing about it.

My goal is simple: help you get results you're proud of, built around the life you actually have.
